This might not be an issue to some people but my gf never makes an effort to look good like she never does her hair or makeup I think it’s really important to look good but I don’t know how to tell her because she’s sensitive…?

What has cosmetics got to do with love. Whether she makes an effort or not love her for her authentic self, the characters behind her personality, you’ll love her if you accept her as the way she is.

A good way to think about these kind of things is to consider whether there is any possible way that you could raise it without coming across as superficial and getting dumped immediately.

If not, the issue is probably more on your side than theirs.
