student finance maintenance loan

I've applied for a part time loan and maintenance loan as I am studying long distance due to my disability. I've logged in to student finance today to upload my capita assessment report and the option to upload evidence for this is gone? does anyone have an idea why it's not there anymore?

Hi there, You can upload evidence and forms by going to the 'Manage your student finance' section in the sidebar on the right of your screen. You will then see a link to 'Upload supporting evidence' and can use this to send us your evidence/form. If you want to try clearing your cache and cookies and trying another device it should allow you to proceed. Thanks, Jason
