I have a kidney ultrasound in coming up and I need to have a full bladder but I struggle with holding my pee in when I need to go badly and it gets uncomfortable any advice?

I think an option would be to wait until you arrive at the appointment usually 15 mins before, check with the reception where the toilets are and then drink as much water as you can, the ultrasound itself shouldn't take too long. And let the sonographer know you struggle to hold it, they fully understand this as they experience it with many other people. I hope it all goes smoothly for you x
