Fear of veins
I have this weird fear where I can’t look at veins because they make me feel sick I have a blood test coming up and the last time I had one my vein popped so it made everything worse does anyone have advice…?
I'd suggest wearing something with long sleeves (e.g. a hoodie/cardigan you can easily remove) that day and don't watch them drawing blood.
