Blood test

I had a bad experience with a blood test the last time I did it now I’m really nervous and I hate veins any advice pls?!!

Why would they get over it why are u trying to invalidate peoples feelings? the person who wrote the post said they feel nervous because their veins popped which is their bad experience!

I would say take deeps breaths, don’t look when the nurse is taking ur blood out and relax

Ask them to use a butterfly needle.

and i here you op
we had injections and i pretty sure the lady left a piece of it behind
and i had a blood test last yr december after a few yr of being reguraly to them
i thought i was gonna faint
i knw people whose veins are so small and doctors cant draw blood
they say that its normal
but understand you are not alone

A butterfly needle is less painful and better for small veins. You can also use numbing cream.
