Using final grade = weight1*grade1 +weight2*grade2+...
60% = 0.33*40 + 0.66*x
60 = 13.2 + 0.66x
4.8= 0.66x
x = 70.91%
In other words, if you scored a borderline pass at 40%, you would need an average of 70.91% in your third year to get a 2:1 overall.

If on the other hand you scored a 49% in your second year:
60 = 0.33*49 + 0.66x
60 = 16.17 + 0.66x
43.83 = 0.66x
x = 66.41%

In other words, you would need to score at least 66% in order to get a 2:1 overall.

I don't know what your specific grade is, but you should look into doing the above calculations yourself. Depending on your individual grade, you would need a 66-71% average in your third year to get a 2:1.
