Not normally, often they will actively discourage high school qualifications being included on postgraduate applications.

As it says on the tin ^

Postgrad applications often don't ask for school qualifications. Anyway, they aren't generally relevant if you have a strong undergrad degree.

What do you mean by discourage?

They often will discourage (explicitly say they prefer you don’t) include high school qualifications i.e. A-levels on postgraduate qualifications.
