Guys my teacher is committing fraud with coursework****

So hey guys I have witnessed the most outrageous thing I have seen my teacher put on coursework grades for some students who haven’t even done whole tasks and he does this with certain people and I am sure my suspicions are correct based on what I have seen myself and are what I heard my self so, I was in class one time and then I happen to hear this students in my class talking about how the teacher marked him as a pass on his coursework as he hasn’t done this and I have put in time and effort into completing my work and some kids are just getting passes, merits, distinctions for not doing work and how do I report this and how? And to whom? Because I already had an issue with my college and they may not listen to me as I tried to complain to them about a teacher and they got angry at me and then I got in trouble so please help on who I could contact.

Updated*** I was informed another thing a couple days ago about a year 12 IT level 3 extended diploma student where the student had recieved distinction grades for there coursework but far as I know the student had only done merit tasks and when the teacher told her about her getting put down for distinction even she was suprised I don’t understand what going on?!?

i mean i'm pretty sure all coursework is moderated from the exam board (or at least some from each class) so the exam board would work out if things had been marked incorrectly
other than speaking to someone at your college i suppose you could try reporting it to the exam board but with little evidence and being a student it may be unlikely that something would actually happen

It sounds concerning that this is happening in your coursework. Document everything you've observed and heard, then report it to the college administration or academic integrity office. Be clear and factual about your concerns. It's important to ensure fairness for all students. Good luck sorting this out.

So, the moderations wouldn’t be for the same thing for each student, so for example teacher would put on a grade for a unit which is a whole section of coursework with a series of tasks in it. So lets say a student did unit 55 for example to a merit level the teacher would put the distinction grade on for that unit even if the student didn’t do it and if they weren’t on moderation they would still get that grade and he’s been doing this for some of the students and plus to make it worse my teacher knows the moderation lady quite well.

Hey jack I’ve messaged the exam board and told them about potential malpractice and they are looking into this because that is messed up.

As previous comments - secure the evidence so it isn't a misplaced allegation

Do you know this? If so how? Who said what? What evidence have you got? Do you know for sure, and then stop and think it through. Who needs to know? Be careful. If you blab then you can be sure people will cover their tracks, delete WhatsApp, delete any evidence that ever was.

Make a date orientated list and be specific so it isn't an incoherent rant. Then decide who needs to know, and look carefully at what options you have to get this effectively looked into. Presumably you have complained before or had issues with the college so perhaps are worried they may not believe you?

Firstly, you don't have the full picture. Just because your friend or another student is saying x y and z doesn't mean it is true.
Secondly, is your work being marked properly and are you getting the grades you feel you deserve?
Finally, what your teacher does or doesn't do regarding other people's work is none of your business. Coursework is sampled and moderated and if it isn't up to scratch your teacher will be found out. Focus on you and what you are doing and how your teacher interacts with that. Let other people worry about everyone else.

Good luck!
