“Decline my place” disappeared on ucas
I want to decline my insurance choice and go in for clearing but I can’t find the decline my place option on my ucas track. Please help!

Decline my Place is only available for unconditional firm choices and only when clearing opens.
If you want to swap your replies from insurance to decline then you need to ring UCAS

Okay thank you, I have already paid the deposit for my insurance choice, and I changed my mind. I hope that won’t be a problem when declining my choice

I suggest that you contact that Uni before you talk to UCAS.
