Is it feasible for me to apply for this PhD at UCL?

Hi everyone, sorry that I'm a bit confused. I just graduated my undergraduate course and have been accepted into an MA programme starting in September. I'm considering pursuing a PhD right after my MA. However, there's one programme at UCL I am interested in with an application deadline of 14 October (the portal only opens from 2 September to 14 October 2024), which is just when I will be starting my MA, which also means I would basically need to use the same materials I used for my master's application to apply for this PhD. Is this even a feasible approach? Or does it imply that this programme isn't suitable for someone like me who only has a bachelor's degree and hasn't completed a master's yet?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

Usually phd applications require much more detailed research proposal- so as long as you can find your potential supervisor, discuss with both phd project and funding situation then it should be fine.

Also, they will usually give you deadline to submit your master’s degree transcript for conditional offer. Therefore, check the expected dates for your final grades in advance to make sure you can make it within that deadline. I’ve heard ppl struggling to provide their final transcript due to the strike administration-related issues etc
