Looking for someone to take over my tenancy - July 1st 2024 to June 30th 2025, 36 College Road.
Downstairs room = £470 per month
Downstairs bathroom shared with one other tenant.
2 bathrooms, garden, pool table, dishwasher included. Certain products included - cleaning products and toilet paper. Cleaner included.
Bills not included however water is included and landlord puts £100 towards gas/electric. Some months (e.g. summer) no bills need to be paid.
5 minutes to CCCU and 10 minutes to the city centre.
