does my colleague fancy me?

So i don’t know if i’m being hopeful here or what.

I recently started a new job and my colleagues yesterday joked saying me and this guy (who I like) would be a good couple. The guy I like was sat there but didn’t say anything just smiled.

Later on another colleague of mine who he’s friends with said me and that guy would be a good couple. Again he didn’t say anything and I kind of just said it’s awkward because I froze when he said it.

Do you guy reckon I have a chance with him or is it wishful thinking 😂

Hard to say. Try some mild flirting to see how it goes, better still see if there’s a chance to interact with some after work socialising. Good luck

Invite him for after work drinks and see how it goes.

Flirting can be subtle, using his name, eye contact, smiling, humour, compliments. Used to judge interest without rejection risk

Get one of your work mates to ask him. It should be a small group, so you can have more time with him.

Some companies forbid employees to be in a relationship - check the policy.
