Studying Diagnostic Radiography at City Uni

hey, i am starting diagnostic radiography at city uni in september and would like to know and get an insight to what it is like to study there.

it is local and i have had a look at the virtual tour etc but would really like to know how the classes are set up, what kind is classes are there (eg. is it mainly lectures or seminars or tutorials), what stimulated practice is at the uni itself and what to expect during placement/how accommodating it is (i have a weekend job which i cannot really leave due to finances). i would also like to know what kind of assessments there are, are they during the year or just finals? i did also have a look at the syllabus online but would appreciate some first hand experiences / advice

i have been through almost 4 years of torture : (rejected from doing a levels --> doing a year of btec while resitting gcses (grades were teacher awarded during COVID and i went to a pretty **** school) --> doing a level bio chem and law and the UCAT 🥲 --> failing a levels and getting 4 rejects from med 😍😍 --> failing a levels anyway (family and health issues) --> doing one year of pharmacology and resitting a levels, reapplying to unis to do diagnostic radiography in the end (with hopes to do med post grad !!) --> offer for diagnostic radiography), so would really like any advice or pre-reading i could do during the summer

There's an open day this Saturday. You could ask staff and students all your questions if you go.
