Travel history UK student Visa

Hi all! I have been filling out my uk student visa application. My travel history is quite extensive, luckily most of it is in the EEA. I am bit confused about a section with regards to my "World Travel history". It asks to list If you have been to a country other than the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or the EEA in the past 10 years.

Apparently I need to include visits in transit. However, would this include transits where I did not leave the airport (basically just moved from one gate to the other) nor required a transit visa. I see no stamps in my passport for these quick transits. For longer trips I often had to transit in Asia, but this did not require any additional effort for my trip such as a transit visa.

Should I mention this type of transit? So far I only mention transits where I left the airport for a day or so.

I would recommend that you seek advice from the visa team at the university you'll be studying at.

I have send them an email . I thought perhaps others might have had a similar question in the past.
