Am I going to need to keep my A-level notes?

I've just finished my A-levels, and am now going to uni for Forensic Psychology. Am I EVER going to need my Psychology notes? Because the bin looks reaalllyyy tempting...

My brother studied Maths and Physics for his A-Levels and now he finished his first year of maritime science. From what he told me, his notes were useful in the first semester because they covered the same core elements of maths and physics so he didn't need to take the same notes again, but afterward he didn't need them. I can't say how it's going to be with your course. You may or not use your A level notes, but from what he said even if he didn't keep his notes, it was such a small chunk of syllabus compared to anything else in uni that it didn't really have any impact on his grades or give him any jumpstart. I think if you really want to get rid of them, you can do that. The course should take into consideration the fact that not everybody studied psychology, let alone A-levels (international students) before uni.

Yeah this is kinda what I was thinking? I've got a TONNE of notes that I'm probably not gonna need, and I know that there should be like a small recap. I'm quite tempted to just get rid of most of them and keep a few condensed ones for recap

I think you should look through them and consider which ones are more essential and which ones are more specific to A-level exams. But really, as I said, even if you got rid of them all, you'd be fine.

Yeahhh I think that's what I'm gonna do, I appreciate the advice! A lot of it is just like past papers which I'm never gonna need to see again (thank god)

No problem! You definitely don't need those past papers haha. Good riddance. I did the same with mine.

Great idea, but you could actually sell them and make money. You'd be surprised how many are willing to pay for school notes. But yeah, burning could also work.

YUP! If your notes look aesthetically pleasing, you can sell them online. If not, then just do what I did and sell them for some underclassman, or several ppl if you take pictures. It won't be a lot of money, but it's still better than nothing.
