I’m panicking

So I’m in year 12 and I’m 5 days away from finishing year 12. I do health and social care , sociology and history and for one of my health and social care assignments , I used chatgpt to help with my assignment . I had gotten caught by my teacher who had then sent it to my head of hall. She’s going to be meeting with me tomorrow and I’m extremely scared. i will update tomorrow but yeah it’s really not looking good
