Regarding my results

Hello everyone,
I'm a postgraduate student in Biomedical sciences in Kingston university. I've got a pass in the three modules and a fail in the last module. Even though I took a retake for this module, it was my final attempt.
What will happen to me now?

If someone knows, reply ASAP

Hi @Kay0710 ,

Every university works slightly differently.

However, this is some recommendations I’d make.
(I) Contact module lead
(II) Contact course lead

For my university in total you’d have more than 2 tries.
Meaning first try with your cohort when everyone does it. Resist within the same academic year. Another try with the previous year. I.e. if this is a first year module you may move into second year but resist a module in the first year. Depend on the type of module, you may just have to attend the exams only (that is something both module and course lead can explain) and if you fail it again you can resist again (time 4) with the previous cohort.

Like I said each university is slightly different but I’d assume it is something similar to LSBU.

I cannot say this enough, contacting your module lead would be best point of action. As they can clearly tell you how many times when etc.

I hope I manage to help you a little with what may happen.

Wishing you the best
