Hi lovely, it sounds like you're really struggling right now. From what you have said, it seems as though you just want somebody to understand you and someone you can find comfort in. You are going through a lot and it is understandable to feel this way, my messages are always open if you need a friend! As well as this, there are some great charities and organisations out there that may be useful to you. I currently volunteer for one of them and sometimes using these can make a huge difference to how you're feeling.

Resources:

If you are struggling:
Text "SHOUT" to 85258, free from all UK mobile networks.
Call 116 123 (Samaritan's)
Call 0800 1111 (Childline)

If you struggle with anxieties around speaking on the phone, SHOUT and Childline offer text services and Childline offers online forums, emails and live chat.

Crying isn't a weakness and it doesn't mean you're failing, it means you're healing. Whatever is going on now will pass with time, and you'll take these experiences and make yourself stronger. Too many people think crying isn't something a man should do, which is ruthlessly cruel potentially dangerous advice. Crying releases pressure and helps you to continue on and keep doing what you're doing.
