Save Wizard ps4 Max

Hi guys so basically I bought software called Save Wizard as I wanted to mod Ninja Gaiden Sigma. however, every time I mod it the software comes up with an error and it does not allow me to continue in have messaged about an enquiry so hopefully they will sort something out.

I was just wondering if any of you gamers had the same issue when modding your games or if you had an updated free version so I could get a link.
