I have a uni accommodation contract for Don Gratton House, Whitechapel. The accommodation provider is Sanctuary Students.
The accommodation is located in Zone 1, and is 10 minutes away from both Aldgate East (District, Hammersmith & City line) and Whitechapel station (Elizabeth line, Overground).
The accommodation is 25 mins away from KCL Strand Campus by tube.
The rent is only £282 per week, for a double en-suite, significantly cheap for Zone 1. Please let me know if you would like to take the contract.
