Aqa alevel biology essay HELP

Hi, I just finished alevel aqa biology last week and the paper 3 essay was “explain mechanisms and the importance of transport”
For two of my paragraphs I wrote about the blood as a mechanism of transport, I was wondering if this would count or if only means like facilitated diffusion active transport osmosis etc would count, and these two paragraphs would be considered irrelevant
If anyone has any thoughts I would really appreciate it!
