Student Finance

Hi guys, due to family difficulties I'm considering moving back in with my mum. However, all of my current documents are currently registered to my dad's address. Would it be seen as fraud to apply for student finance for my mums address if I actually ended up living there? And would I have to change all of my documents before applying? Pretty much just like my provisional and stuff like that; also on the electoral roll I'm registered to my dad's address
