So I got i believe 150 marks on my Gcse Maths Foundation I also calculated some calculations marks, will I be able to pass my gcse maths?

It completely depends on various things: the exam board, the grade boundaries for the year you sat the exam, and how many papers you sat (was it 3 like it usually is?) and the amount of marks each was worth. Also, you mentioned it is foundation tier (I'm not familiar with it too much but it's grade boundaries are probably lower. So I assume 150 could be a pass (grade 4).
