What do I need to achieve for 2:1 or first next year

I’ve finished my second year of uni , my 2nd year counts 20% of my final grade whereas my 3rd year is 80%. All the modules are the same credits for this year and there’s 4 modules, I achieved 70%, 55%,43% and 40%, what grade did I get this year and what do I need to get to achieve a 2:1 or first

This year you got 52% overall - a 2:2
10.4% of overall degree mark.

As above. You need 62 in third year to average 60 overall, and 74.5 to average 70.

You need to check your degree regulations for alternative methods of classification and upgrading near misses.

You think it’s possible achieving 75%?

Pop your grades in here and you can work out where you can drop points and where you might need them 😊

Unlikely, but you've reached 70 before which suggests you can do it again. Are your marks on an upward trajectory? Have you worked out what went badly wrong on the 43 and the 40?

And as I suggested, you need to check your degree regulations. If your uni have a generous near miss policy, you might need significantly less than 74.
