Student finance eligibility on a spouse visa

Hi I am inquiring to know if i would be eligible for a tuition only fee with given circumstances:

1. Married to a UK national
2. Lived in UK for last 3 years before first day of first academic year
3. On a 5 years spouse visa route to ILR (currently 3 years in but ILR has to be applied when 5 years mark is completed)
4. 25 years old
5. Computer science subject
6. Nationality Pakistani

My only confusion is that if I would be able to apply for a tuition fee only funding considering my stay here has to be renewed on the 5 years mark of my spousal route. Would I still be able to get tuition only loan before I receive my ILR?

Hi Warissaly,

You would be eligible for tuition fee only funding if you are married to a UK national, have been resident in the UK and Islands for 3 years prior to the first day of the first academic year of the course, and have a valid status in the UK.

You don't need to have Indefinite Leave to Remain to be eligible for this.
