Part time jobs what am I doing wrong?

Hi I’m trying to apply for part time jobs at the moment whilst I’m on break from university but stores never get back to me. I’ve tried applying online and even going to hand in my CV in person but still never any response. Any advice please?

Just keep going...I know it sucks that people never get back to you but sadly it's just how it works, it can take a lot of time to get back to everyone, they should definitely try their best though. Have you tried your local supermarket for summer work?

Same here. I'm feeling somewhat desperate, so I've started looking into freelance jobs and exploring tools like this https://clerk.chat/blog/zoom-10dlc-sms-campaigns-guide/ to help me with them. It seems that digital marketing is now more crucial than ever. With businesses shifting online, there's a growing demand for digital skills like social media management, seo, and email marketing. These freelance opportunities and digital tools offer a chance to adapt and thrive in a changing economy, providing flexibility and potential income streams during uncertain times.

Try fast food places. They take on a lot of students. Places like mcdonalds also allow you to transfer to other stores. So you can work at one store near home and one stone near uni.

there aren’t any burger kings near me, i’ve tried like 5 kfc stores and i’ve tried applying to the one near me 3 times because they say they’re hiring online but i get turned down by them too.

i copped an interview with argos once, but when i got there they turned me down for only being able to do evenings and weekends (even though i already specified that on my applications)
