Urgently needing someone to takeover tenancy
Hi, I urgently need someone to takeover my tenancy in a 3 bed house in Kensington, Liverpool. Sharing with a boy and a girl both 22 and final years students in nursing and business. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, clean, sociable and respectful people. Like night ins and night outs! Rooms in the house are all double and are full furnished, it has 2 bathrooms, modern, spacious kitchen and living room and back yard space. Parking is also available. Price per week is £125 all bills included, rent can be monthly at start of each month or paid instalments (this can be sorted with letting agent. Deposit is already paid for. Tenancy starts 1st July and runs for 12 months. Please message if interested!
