Aldi Individual Assessment 20 mins

I have an Aldi interview in a weeks time. It mentioned how it’s an individual assessment which lasts apparently only 20 minutes long and im assuming this is different from any normal type of interview? Please could someone tell me what’s the process like and what’s involved anything I need to know? The role I’ve applied is store assistant. Thank you.

hey! of course. it was really just a chat with the area manager - I found it super chill and it lasted about 10-15 mins! after this, he said I would hear back within 5 days, but on the 3rd day I received an email inviting me to go for a store experience (to show me round & give me an insight into the job) - he asked me things like:
• tell me about yourself
• why do you want to work at Aldi?
• what do you know about Aldi?
• where do you see yourself in 5 years?
• any work experience (if any)
• when was a time you had to work under pressure?
other than that, i found that it was just a general conversation. good luck! 🙂
