There's practice tests on the RAF Recruitment website. However, there's only so much you can prepare for; as an ex-RAF Recruiter I saw candidates who should have been capable of passing, given their qualifications, but failed due to the pressure of the test and running out of time.

No, but it's an aptitude test, checking natural ability in maths, English, reading, processing information, time management etc.
