What do you need to do if you don't agree with your DSA entitlement?

I was told by my needs assessor that it would be highly beneficial for me to get a specialist mentor and study skills specialist as part of non-medical help. But, I got my DSA entitlement letter and I haven't been given it. Is there a way to appeal what you've been given?

That sucks ☹️ are there any contact details on your entitlement letter that you could use to speak to someone?

What conditions did you apply for? Its possible that the Needs Assessor recommended something that isn't approved - if you applied for a medical condition they won't usually approve 1-1 even if its a condition that needs active management and impacts your cognitive functioning. However it's also quite likely DSA just made a mistake with your entitlement or letter, so ring DSA and query it (don't email as it will take them weeks to reply).
