Tenancy Takeover - Liverpool

Hi! I have an urgent tenancy takeover available in Liverpool.

It is a £115pw en-suite room in a flat of great friends that are very welcoming and tidy.

The accommodation is names city point and is a short walk from both uni campuses and has Everton park on its doorstep! The city centre is also just a short walk.

This flat has never been loved in before and is much bigger compared to other student housing.

Only available as I am moving out to live with my partner.

I am still looking for somewhere to stay , would I be able to view it at all? also is it girls only as I cannot move in with males . please let me know , I have also checked out city point before but did not consider it because people were complaining about mould problems and issues with the hot water so..
