Oh boy, where do I start...

Note, I would only be looking into degrees as opposed to careers. In terms of careers in the UK, there are 800+ different career profiles on databases like National Career Services, and you are pretty much eligible for every one of them. You might have a bit of problem with engineering and physics related careers, but generally you are more than fine for most of them. In other words, it's a bit of a redundant question.

The biology + chemistry combo pretty much allows you to go into pretty much anything in life science and healthcare, including:

dentistry - very competitive

veterinary science - very competitive

environmental science

ecology

biomed

biological sciences

biology

biochem

pharmacy

pharmacology

molecular biology

microbiology

chemistry

picky psychology degrees

physiology

physiotherapy

genetics

botany

immunology

forensic science

midwifery

dietics

optometry

radiography

zoology

neuroscience

Maths alone would allow you to go into:

Maths and statistics (or at least not competitive maths degrees where they require further maths)

Computer science and software engineering

Economics and MORSE

Finance, financial engineering, financial mathematics, actuarial science

Possibly one civil engineering degree and one physics degree - forgot where they were; but generally you would need physics along side this.

With the maths + biology/chemistry combo, you can study bioengineering (not biomedical engineering) or chemical engineering. You would have problems getting into other types of engineering because you don't have physics.

You can then do degrees that ask for A Levels in any 3 subjects, which includes:

Anything in business expect for financial mathematics and actuarial science (for obvious reasons)

Law

Anthropology

Archaeology

Sociology and criminology

Most psychology degrees

Some degrees in creative writing and English literature

Nonquantiative economics degrees

Education

Theology

Politics

Philosophy

Linguistics

Agriculture

Some art and design degrees, including architecture

Some geography degrees (usually ones with emphasis on human geography)

Some history degrees

Some nutrition degrees

Film

Game design

Hospitality

Property and urban planning

Journalism

Media studies

Nursing

Paramedic science

Social work

The only sort of subjects where I think you would have problems getting accepted in are mostly in engineering, physics, humanities, and arts:

degrees involving modern European languages e.g. French, Italian, etc.

Some history degrees

Some geography degrees

Physics

Possibly earth sciences, geophysics

Most areas of engineering

Some English lit degrees

Classics

As I have zero idea of what you actually want to do if you don't want to do medicine, I would leave things as that. If you can be somewhat specific (for obvious reasons) to what you are actually looking for, then I might be able to narrow things down a bit.
