What university have you applied for? I would consider reaching out to their accommodation team and seeing if they offer any studios, or know of any local companies that offer studios that students have used previously.

Hi I studied at Leicester in year 1 and have booked a studio apartment near the train station (1 min walk) and the campus. There are also gym rooms and common rooms on the ground floor, with a washing machine included inside the studio room. I am not returning there for year 2, so I am deciding to release my apartment. Do you have any interest in that?
