Struggling to choose a level subjects

Hey guys, I’m struggling to pick my A-level subjects.
I am thinking of studying veterinary science in the future (highly possibly, but not definitely), and I have two plans:[Maths, further math, physics, and chemistry]Or[maths, physics, biology, and chemistry].
My school doesn’t allow both further math and biology to be chosen, yet I am more familiar with and comfortable with further math than biology, while biology is so essential for veterinary science. I’m not sure what to do.

I would say that if biology is essential for veterinary science and you are quite certain you want to do that in uni it's definitely worth doing biology. In terms of further maths, I don't think you would be hindered much by choosing a level maths as further maths is only really necessary in fields like maths and engineering, and if you aren't interested in these courses then maths would probably be the better option. Just some advice and good luck!
I would recommend taking Maths, Biology and Chemistry for your a levels. Veterinary science is highly competitive are universities only care about three of your grades anyway. If you wanted to do another qualification I would advise considering an EPQ as this could be tailored to your interest in veterinary science so would be more relevant and also less time consuming than taking Physics. Remember this is only my opinion and you need to make a choice based on your own knowledge of your interests and abilities. Hope this was helpful  and I would love to know what you end up picking!

Chem is essential and its usually 'plus Biology' or 'plus another science/maths subject.
So you need to check the entry requirements at a range of different Unis carefully before you apply.

Thank you so much! I’ve chosen biology instead.

Thanks a lot for reminding, as I just realised quite a lot of unis require biology so I chose biology instead.

It sounds like focusing on Biology alongside Maths and Chemistry is the way to go for your veterinary science aspirations.

Biology is more relevant for vet science.
Id double check on unis websites to see what they say. If they specify biology then take it. If they dont specify it (and just say something like for example 2 sciences) then choose whichever you are most confortable with.
