Nottingham university medicine

Hello, I was wondering what it is like to study medicine at Nottingham uni. Are there any differences at this uni compared to other unis that makes it better and what is the place like? Also how is the accommodation? Thank you :smile:

Sorry you've not got replies for this... I could try and point you in the right direction? You can do your own research and check out the university rankings and league tables for medicine which will allow you to compare different unis. You can also check out the University of Nottingham website and see what the course is like. Many university websites have virtual tours of accommodations so you can get an idea of what the accommodation looks like.

Rankings are irrelevant for medicine - all degrees are equivalent as they are GMC approved.

hi, I think a helpful person has moved you to the A100 Nottingham thread
-rankings are something we all look at, inevitably, but it is true that if you are planning on staying in the UK and working in the NHS, they are not going to hinder your prospects
nevertheless, it is understandable that you want to compare how the course is taught and what it is like to study medicine at Nottingham
(if that is your preference) compared to other medical schools

-hope you get good responses here and are able to do your own research, too, such as visiting and talking to people there now 🙂
