It's hard to advise or offer sympathy/empathy with the very little you've written. Taking things to court takes ages and is very costly - and you can bet BPP can afford better lawyers than you would be able to.
What do you mean by "their management and discrimination" and have you followed the internal (and OIAHE) complaint processes?
