What should my fourth alevel be?

I was set on doing Bio, Chem, Maths and German, but the sixth form I want to attend said they can't do German as not enough people signed up for the course. I absolutely love German, but I want to go to that school as the secondary school i attended only has a few good science teachers, and I'm not certain that I'll get them. The school I want to go to has really good connections with Russel Group Universities and even ones in America, and I don't want to lose my chance at studying abroad. Anyways, for gcse I chose German, Psychology and Pe, so I'm wondering if I should choose out of the other two, or choose another subject that I've never done before. And are there any alevel subjects that I can choose without having to do them at gcse? Please help me, I don't know what to do and I feel very stressed thinking about all this.

Out of interest, why do you want to do 4? You are happy with the subjects thst you're doing and don't have a specific interest in anything else.

I have to take 4 subjects for the first year, and if I want to, I can drop one for the second year

I want to go on to do medicine, and I know I can take German with it, but I feel like i'll be behind, and I might not be able to catch up. Or do they start from the beginning to make it easy for beginners or the continue on from sixth form?

I wan to go on to study medicine, and I know I can take German with it but I don't know if they continue on from sixth form content or if they start from the beginning. If they do it's okay, but if they carry on from what is taught at sixth form I'd have to learn two years worth of content in a short amount of time, and I might find it too challenging
