bsc without honours psw ?

Hey,

Is it possible to apply PSW on BSc without honors. I am in my final year but failed one module worth 30 credits but in the university academic regulations it states : Degree without Honours to a student who successfully completes or is otherwise credited with at least 300 credits (including 60 credits at level 6 and I got 90 credits btw) on an Honours programme. So it is safe to ask an exit award ? I will still receive the BSc degree but without Hons. But will it effect my chance for PSW ?

Thank you.

The UK Government info at https://www.gov.uk/graduate-visa says this:

You can apply for a Graduate visa if all of the following are true:

you’re in the UK

you studied a UK bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree or other eligible course for a minimum period of time with your Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa

your education provider (such as your university or college) has told the Home Office you’ve successfully completed your course

... so you'll need to ask your the student visa team at your university whether the university will report to the Home Office that you have "successfully completed your course".
