hi guys, i have recently finished year 11 and want to have a career in psychology and was wondering if any hospitals or clinics would offer work experience for 15-16 year olds in the mental health service.

No - because of your age, duty of care/child protection, and data privacy.
You might be able to get a volunteer job in a care-home, special school or homeless shelter - and that would be just as useful.
