The Student Room Group

Ref: 685 Universal Credit Job Centre Work Coach (EO)

I’ve been invited to the next stage of this job, which is a pre-recorded interview. The behaviours that will be covered are Managing a Quality Service, Communicating and Influencing and Making Effective Decisions. However, the specific questions for each behaviour is unknown until I do the interview. Anyone have any idea on what the questions could be for each behaviour, or can you share the questions once you’ve done the interview? Thanks! 🙏

Why would we tell u the questions??? Do the practice. Stop trying to cheat. Would u get the questions in another interview before u did the interview. How does us giving u the answers essentially help us.

What’s wrong in sharing the question and helping each other that means you are too selfish I’m
Not asking you the answers right

To answer your question of why would someone not share the questions, we are all competing for a job field with limited number if vacancies. For example my job centre area there is one vacancy only. If I am now giving u the exact questions, you now have a better chance of getting an offer theoretically then me. Call this selfish if you want. I am sure most would agree with me. Yes, giving you the questions is not the answers, but I would say it would certainly massively help. When you had a exam at school, did you ask the teacher for the questions, before the exam? The questions by civil service are meant to judge your critical thinking. Responding to questions (information) and the ability to think quickly. If you know the exact questions before hand the chances r u r more relaxed and more prepared as u can rehearse and practice exact answers to questions u know for sure that are going to asked.

Plus u have also asked the same question in other chats too trying to find out the questions too. And others have told u to get lost.

Hi, sorry if I’m a bit late. I can’t remember the exact questions however I remember two of them fairly well.

One was to do with how you have provided excellent customer service or how you went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

One of the other questions was how you had to explain something difficult to a customer.

Hope this helps!

Also, the first question is unmarked and is just a practise question to get you used to the interview style and format, but you can literally just skip it if you want.
