Motivation needed

I made a promise to a friend that during these summer holidays, I would work out every day at home and once I start my first year of college in September, I would be ripped. So far, I haven't been able to follow up on that and I am worried I might not be able to do it. I tried watching the Rocky series to motivate me. but that only works for a couple of days and then I lose motivation.
Can any of you motivate me?

Do it early in the day - 6am

Set the alarm, stand up, get dressed then go and do it before you have time to talk yourself out of it. Have a hot shower, breakfast and you are set up for the day - feeling on fire.

If your workout is boring find another team sport and try and link into a fitness group connected to that.

No-one can motivate you. But do 'just one step, or one small goal' Do that and do it well and repeat.

you might be making it more difficult by starting with a goal of doing it every day because thats going to be a big jump if you haven't done much previously - do smth 3 ish times a week until you have a routine that you can then add to. find the time that it works best for you as well - if you find yourself putting it off then making it a non-negotiable before you start your day may be best

You said that you are doing this because you want to be ripped, have you any pics of how you would like your body to look? Put that image somewhere you see it everyday, a few times a day, on your ceiling so you see it when you wake up, go to sleep, on the fridge, on the back of the bathroom door, as your lock screen on your phone. Keep reminding yourself how you look and feel after you work out, remind yourself of your goal and visualise you achieving this and how you will feel. You got this!!!
What can you do at home with 10kg dumbbells.
So far I have done bicep curls, jogging with the dumbbells at chest level, squats with dumbbells and shadow boxing with dumbbells.
Is there anything else I can do to get use out of them?
