Biology or Psychology A Level?

i'm to enter y12 in september, but i'm still struggling on whether to take biology or psychology? i'm planning to go down the route of medicine so biology gives me more options for unis, but i hear its more difficult??? pls help me ;-; (bio: edexcel, psych: aqa)
i think biology would definitely help if you're going down the medicine route as most unis look for bio and/or chem.

psychology is slightly easier but bio is relatively simple if you remember the content and follow the mark scheme. then again its up to you. you shouldn't avoid doing something if it might be difficult though, im sure you've got this!

If you can't cope with A level Biology, then you are not going to be able to cope with a 5 year Medicine degree, even at Unis where Bio isn't a required subject. You really do have to be realistic about this.

no problem!! i agree with what some people have spoken about though, medicine is difficult and long. so if you don't think its gonna work out/ not interested in something too difficult, it might be wise to look at some other career. for e.g. you need good grades, extracurricular work, volunteering and also admission tests etc..

good luck with whatever you decide. i'll be here if you got any more questions/need help lol

to be honest, i am really set on doing medicine. if it calls for something more difficult, i’ll try my best at it… and it’s not like my biology grades are bad either!! i don’t know, just trying to hype myself back up
