Are university of nottingham lenient

Hi I applied for the engineering foundation year at UoN with an offer of BC (I'm a resit) but i think i might have a near miss by one grade and end up with CC, I used the new tool and around 96% have been accepted in the last 4 years but i think this was due to covid disruption. Is there any hope for me ?
