Problem with a certificate from Stonebridge College

Hello everyone,
I have finished the course of CACHE EYE Level 3 Diploma with Stonebridge College in February 2024 and paid the full amount for the course. All my coursework has been marked by the tutor. The problem is I still haven't received my certificate for the course. I was advised it takes 16 weeks to receive the certificate for the IQA process to be completed. 16 weeks are come and gone already and I need the certificate for my new job which I will start 19 August. I don't want to lose this opportunity. Has anyone had the same issue with their certificate and if so, where did you turn to? The customer service from Stonebridge College is not very helpful as they gave me an email, mainly [email protected] which blocked me upon sending my enquiry.

I just received my certificate today, really, really happy. So the wait was 5 months from finishing my course. I just read on the NCFE CACHE website the deadline for EYE Level 3 Diploma course registration for the certificate for awarding body is 31 August 2024

Hi, I want to ask how you found the course? Was it okay? I want to study with them but scared they are not good? Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I want to enroll in one of stonebridge courses but scared. How did u find it? Was it good to do it with them? I have to finish the course at the end of August, do you think it is possible? Any help is very appreciated.
