Can I become a Pilot without GCSE's, is it possible or should I just give up?

You can take any that you want, just gotta make sure you pay for it and study for them.

I think Maths and English are more widely available.

I'd worry more about the £100k it costs for the training than the GCSE's, which is a minimum of 5 by the way. Unless of course you were thinking of going into the RAF to train but then you'd need 2 A levels as well. There are a hell of a lot of exams to pass as well as the flight time to become a pilot. They are generally looking for people who show an aptitude to learning. Personally I think you should find another career choice.
