Anglia Ruskin University Chelmsford

I have received an email about getting a scholarship from Anglia Ruskin University and they said they would share more information about the CAS Shield. However, I didn't get any email from them after that though I have mailed them twice to know about the update. Does it take time to receive the CAS shield?
