What course are you looking at, and at which university? It's quite unusual for a bachelor's degree to be on offer that isn't an honours degree.

As above - unless a course explicitly states that the degree is an “Ordinary” bachelors degree then it will have honours. Many universities don’t specify in advertising material that a degree is an honours (ie classified) course because the alternative is almost never offered as a qualification except as an early exit award.
