Pulled shoulder muscle from swimming. Probably not enough warm up before swimming. I must remember I'm not a teen anymore and it takes longer to warm up and longer to recover at 34...

yeah, happened to me quiet often when I was in my early 20's, was too lazy to wear glasses at home for small tasks like that (or washing dishes) and too blind to be perfect with that.

Was at the beach for a biology field trip in ecology. I was barefoot (which was dumb) and stepped on a sharp rock. Didn't know I did that. Stepped into water. Water was cold, foot got numb. Stepped onto sand, and rubbed foot in sand because sand was warm. Noticed foot was bleeding. By then, I had shoved a bunch of sand into the cut and had to go to the doctor's to have it all scraped out because school nurse was worried I would need stitches as well.
