Can’t rejoin Gym group saying I’m a member when I’m not not

I cannot rejoin the gym group as on the website, when I put in my email to rejoin it says I’m already a member but my membership has expired. It says head to the members area but when I go there it says “account disabled” and ‘join now’ and when I click join now to renew my membership the whole process starts again. Can someone help this is rlly stressing me out 😭😭😭
