Hi folks,
I'd like to watch some French movies with English subtitles - to help me with my GCSE French.

Please can someone recommend any French movies to watch - suitable for a 15 year old girl?

Hey, just saw this post, but ‘Cléo de 5 à 7’ is an amazing french film about a singer who’s awaiting her biopsy report. ‘Les aventures extraordinaires d’Adèle Blanc-Sec’ is a pretty good film too, however I believe it had one scene which contained nudity, if you’re concerned about that. Hope you enjoy these!

I think these are all PG, U and 12 in UK:

Le Petit Nicolas
Les Choristes
La Famille Bélier
Tomboy
Belle et Sébastien

Not sure where they are available but it's worth a look online if they come with subtitles?
